NDA is one of the most sought after defence entrance exams in the country. NDA recruitment is conducted for admission to Army, Navy and Air Force wings of NDA and Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC). NDA is conducted twice a year. The exam is conducted two stages - written exam and SSB Interview. Around 4 lakh aspirants sit for NDA every year, out of which approximately 6000 are called for SSB Interview
Candidates who have to apply for GD Constable (BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSF, SSB, NIA and riflemen) should have passed 10th class or equivalent from an affiliated board.
Candidate should be between 18 to 23 years to apply for SSC GD Exam. Those who belong to reserved categories will have age relaxation benefit.

SSC GD 2019 Exam will be held in three main phases:
Written examination (Computer Based)
Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Physical Standard Test (PST)
The test will be having multiple choice questions with four sections with 25 questions in each section. Each question will carry 1 mark. Wrong answers will be given a negative marking with as much as 0.25 marks for every error committed.
